Big Table Publishing is compiling a collection of poetry by women who played a role in their most disastrous relationship... women who didn't stand in their truth, or who dishonored themselves by not expressing their highest selves. We are NOT looking for poems about how men are the bad guys! We want to hear from women who understood the role they played, accepted responsibility for their actions, and made a change to reclaim their power. Please, no "He never allowed me to spread my wings and fly" stuff... we want specifics of what you were accepting and creating in the relationship, and what you did to step back into your Best You.
Poems should be no longer than 30 lines (we can make a few exceptions) and short stories should aim to be around 300 words. No attachments, please!
Hope to hear from you!
